Rutherford County Archives Internship

While interning at the Rutherford County Archives, I gained experience in the handling and preservation of several types of materials. My main tasks had me handling and preserving historic photographs, negatives, and documents, but I also learned about the daily operations of a government archives. The images below are ones I took while working on the preservation of different objects and collections.
